Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei and just across the street from Kamaole III Beach. This is a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles!  It is close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach.  Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, and BBQ with outdoor dining area. Plus enjoy a Mai Tai party with Hula Show on Wednesdays.

   *Kamaole Sands Resort Fee is $71.67, which will be included in your reservation total and collected upon booking this condo. 

Kamaole Sands 2-106 has a window A/C unit in the living area, is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo situated on the ground floor level, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This lovely condo has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful island of Maui! The bedroom features a king bed and you will find a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. With 2 separate bathrooms, this unit is perfect for couples traveling together or families! 

Relax with cocktails on your beautiful lanai while enjoying garden and peek-a-boo partial ocean views. Or enjoy the remodeled interior and the refreshing A/C! This unit provides all the comforts of home: a convenient and well-stocked kitchen, updated furniture and décor, comfortable living area, a 55" TV, and complimentary WiFi. Take a swim across the street at Kamaole Beach park and dry off on your lanai while you take in the lush garden that Kamaole Sands provides.

We will provide one-time starter items for your convenience: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. There will also be a one-time starter kit of Maui-made Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

There will be construction occurring at Kamaole Sands from April 2024 to December 2025. This includes work on waste water pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited.

During the roof and pipe project, large sections of the parking lot will need to be closed to accommodate work crews, equipment, and material staging. Closed sections will be marked and notices posted. To minimize parking problems, the property will temporarily suspend all deeded parking and will implement an open parking policy effective April 1, 2024. The open parking policy applies to the ENTIRE PROPERTY.  All vehicles must be registered and display a parking permit. Any cars parked in these colored areas that are preventing the contractors from staging their materials are subject to Tow at the guest's expense.

Posted 6/28/24: There will be a renovation in unit 2-105 from 07/01/24 & estimated completion date is 09/21/24.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
