Both of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed. Furnished with unique contemporary and Asian furniture, original art, and ethnic artifacts. Comfortable and casual, with a tropical style, you will find high-quality amenities like 42′ flat-screen TV, cable, and WiFi. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, high-end linens, and plush towels. Wake up to the fragrance of plumerias and the sounds of tropical birds singing in a garden setting 500 steps from the beach. Watch the sunset from your own secluded lanai overlooking the ocean. Situated in a small 16 unit complex with a casual neighborhood feel, you will be able to relax in a comfortable and intimate setting. Please note this resort does not have elevators, pool or hot tub. The complex provides an onsite coin-operated laundry room.
Located in sunny South Kihei bordering Wailea, you will find the best weather in Maui with very little rain. Located close by are upscale resorts of Wailea, Makena Beach, golf courses, and restaurants as well as the Shops at Wailea, Wailea beach walk, boat launch, snorkeling, and whale watching (seasonal).

_2 beach chairs per bedroom, 1 beach towel per registered guest, and a cooler
_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.
_Linens: 1 set of sheets per bed, 1 set of bathroom towels per guest (face, hand, and bath towel)
_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.
_A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand and body soap
_Wifi provided by Spectrum (between 100-200 Mbps)
_Complimentary concierge service by an on-island specialist
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be issued within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
