Kihei Beach 508 is a one bedroom, one bathroom, 5th floor ocean front condo that is well appointed and beautifully decorated in Hawaiian theme. The kitchen is remodeled and features custom cabinets and granite counter tops. In the living room, you will find counter seating, a dining area for four and a sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy a flat screen TV equipped with cable and complimentary WiFi throughout. Stay cool with central A/C, ceiling fans and ocean breezes.
In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed and plenty of closet space. Sleep well with central A/C! The updated bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Kihei Beach is a low-density oceanfront resort located at Sugar Beach in central Maui. The resort’s central location is perfect for exploring all corners of our beautiful island. Kihei Beach Resort features an ocean front pool, gas BBQ area, and laundry facility, conveniently located on the same floor as this condo. There are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
