Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
Aloha and welcome to Papakea G405! This unique 3-bedroom loft with central A/C is situated on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The standard rate is for up to 6 guests. There is a $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. Easy access provided with elevators at Papakea Resort.
This is a perfect condo for families or multiple friends staying at the Papakea Resort. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the ocean and starting each day with coffee on your spacious lanai. Upon entrance, the first bedroom is to the right with a Queen size bed and large mirrored closet. There’s a separate bathroom outside the first bedroom with a shower tub, perfect for relaxing after enjoying a day in the sun. Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoying waking up to ocean views each day. The King bed faces the shoreline and there’s a large ensuite bathroom, also with a shower tub. The upstairs loft is the perfect room for extra guests with a Queen bed and two Twins that offer a great open space to enjoy. The living room can accommodate your additional guests with a brand new sofa Queen size sofa sleeper.
The large living space is ideal for gathering the family with an open floor plan, dining table that seats six and additional seating is available on the lanai. The kitchen has ample counter space, a new microwave and a new stove. It’s well stocked with all supplies you would expect at home. Relax on the new furnishings found in the living room, while enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV. The living room and kitchen look out to the lanai which has a table for four and a lounge chair; it’s the perfect spot for enjoying sunsets and spotting whales from December to April! Staying cool is easy with wonderful afternoon shade and a new split A/C system in every room!
There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions.
Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

Effective June 23, 2025 through September 12, 2025 the G building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
