My Perfect Stays

At My Perfect Stays our goal is to provide the perfect property at the perfect price for the perfect guest.

Through our advanced technologies we are able to deliver world class service. This includes thorough and personal arrival instructions, independent inspections after every clean, a welcome gift for every guest, a check in call by a live representative to ensure customer satisfaction and an additional personal call at the time of departure. We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise.

We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater.

We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go.

What makes My Perfect Stays so unique is our management team. Combined we have over 50 years of business experience and we know that a great team makes for a great company.

David Eseke

Founder

With over 40 years of experience in various successful businesses and nearly 20 years of experience as a vacation condo owner on Maui, David’s vision for My Perfect Stays was to create a property management company that was “Owner minded”. David brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to property management while creating a culture of process and execution to ensure fantastic results for our condo owners and guests.

Tori Conville

Founder, Business Development

Tori is a co-founder of My Perfect Stays. Having been a part of the company from the early years, Tori has been in a variety of positions. From overseeing the Owner Relations and On Boarding Departments to working closely with various integration and software companies, she has contributed to the company's growth, success and operational advances. More recently, Tori has moved into the role of Business Development. She works closely with vacation home owners as they navigate this ever changing industry. She prides herself on sharing her 10 plus years of experience and knowledge in the short term vacation rental industry

Patrick Finlay

General Manager

As General Manager of My Perfect Stays, Patrick oversees operations and ensures the highest standards of customer satisfaction. He is motivated by a passion for service excellence and the transformative power of effective coaching and mentoring, which he experienced firsthand under the guidance of his mentor, David. Patrick actively promotes a company culture of "Joy, Willingness, and a Desire to Grow", believing these values are essential to both personal and professional success. Prior to joining My Perfect Stays, Patrick served as the Assistant Harbor Master for the Town of Nantucket, where he honed his skills in management and operations. Patrick holds an Economics degree from Merrimack College, providing him with a strong foundation in analytical thinking and strategic planning.

Mark Claydon

Business Development

A Maui resident since 1999, Mark has been involved in recreational real estate sales, marketing, and management for over 20 years. He retired from his management with Hyatt in 2021 to join the My Perfect Stays team. Mark and his wife Denise have two children, 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grand-children. Mark is a private pilot, loves to play pickleball, and is very active in his church.
