Hale Mahina A103 is a ground floor, one bedroom, one-bathroom condo that does not have A/C. It has been fully renovated with high-end Italian porcelain tile and an onyx sink. Enjoy fresh paint, new floors and baseboards throughout as well as tastefully updated furniture. The master bedroom features a new Tempur-Pedic Queen bed. It’s the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day in the sun. The bathroom features a large walk in shower and is equipped with a new washer and dryer for added convenience. The entire unit boasts new, beautiful floors with an open layout, a brand new 65" Flat Screen and features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests.

When you make your reservation with this condo at Hale Mahina, you agree that you have fully disclosed how many occupants will be traveling in your group. The maximum occupancy is mandatory and there are no exceptions. If you reserve this condo and there are more individuals that are found to be occupying the unit, you will be asked to vacate the property and all deposits are forfeited.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
